General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. The following terms and conditions (GTC) apply worldwide. According to Swiss law, it is up to each provider in Switzerland to determine the conditions under which a contract between two parties is concluded! In the following, the company Indigo Spirit GmbH, Müligässli 9, CH-8598 Bottighofen will be referred to as the seller, and the customer as the buyer!
2. The seller offers various non-food products for sale in this online shop! The buyer purchases at the offered net price, plus shipping costs, and plus any customs clearance fees for shipments abroad, currently approx. 2.5%, plus the respective value-added tax (VAT) of the buyer's country. These costs are to be paid separately by the buyer!
3. Only bank transfers to the seller's account are accepted as means of payment! The prices in the online shop are always net prices, without VAT, without shipping costs! The individual ancillary costs, such as customs clearance and VAT, will be invoiced to the buyer from abroad by DHL. These individual ancillary costs must be paid by the buyer within 4 working days, otherwise the goods will not be forwarded to the buyer by DHL and will be returned to the seller, incurring costs for the seller.
4. Within Switzerland, goods are shipped without customs clearance costs, but with an additional 8.1% VAT. The VAT, along with shipping costs, is added to the price! For international orders, goods are shipped at the net price plus shipping costs! Customs clearance fees and the respective VAT of the buyer's country will be sent directly to the buyer by DHL, as mentioned in point 3, before the goods are finally sent to the buyer after receipt of payment for ancillary costs and taxes! The buyer can then personally arrange the delivery conditions with the deliverer!
5. Deadlines: Goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received! Orders will be dispatched after receipt of payments! The invoice price of an order must be received in the seller's account within 5 working days! If this is not the case, the goods will be considered unsold, the order will be cancelled, and the goods will be offered to new buyers!
6. Any customs clearance fees (2.5%), plus the value-added tax of the respective country, will be invoiced directly to the buyer by DHL. These invoices must be paid within 4 working days of receipt. If not, the goods will be returned by DHL to the seller. This will incur new costs! The seller will then send the buyer an invoice of CHF 100.00 for processing fees. Only after receipt of the CHF 100.00 will the goods then be sent to the buyer again, and a second shipment will be initiated. If the ancillary costs are not paid in time again, and the goods are returned to the seller again, another CHF 100.00 in processing fees will be incurred. However, on the second occasion, the purchase will be cancelled by the seller, and the money will be refunded to the buyer, minus the renewed CHF 100.00 processing fees. The goods will then go back on sale. Further orders from such a buyer will not be accepted in the future.
7. All goods in this online shop are generally excluded from exchange or return rights! The seller does not accept returns. The only exception is if the goods demonstrably arrived damaged at the buyer's premises, as evidenced by photos! Such damage must be reported to us by email within 2 days of receipt of the goods at:

The buyer IS THEN obliged to return the damaged goods to the seller within 5 working days, to the following address:

The original packaging must be used for this! The buyer will then receive a new delivery of the same goods, in new condition, within another 5 working days! Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer.
8. The seller guarantees timely customer service! Available at: shop@indigo-spirit.net
The seller guarantees processing within 48 hours, from Monday 09:00 AM to Friday 04:00 PM! Complaints on weekends will only be processed on the following Monday!
9. The buyer agrees unreservedly to these terms and conditions. These GTC constitute a contract under Swiss law, which the buyer and the seller enter into by placing an order! A purchase in the online shop is only concluded under these terms and conditions! Subsidiary agreements and verbal promises are invalid! Only and exclusively these terms and conditions apply!
10. There is no right of cancellation, withdrawal, revocation or return for the buyer, with the exception of transport damage! The buyer expressly agrees to this!
11. The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the registered office of the seller, Indigo Spirit GmbH, Müligässli 9, CH-8598 Bottighofen, in Switzerland! Swiss law applies without exception! The severability clause applies!
